How to convert from Grams to cups or pounds/C to F

I have printed off some recipes from Australlia, but being from USA I do

not know how to convert C to F in the oven or Grams to cups or pounds..

I thought we might have had a conversion chart in the files, but we did

not. I know we talked about this last year I thought, but I could not

find any posts. Could anyone helo me on this.
