Guest guest Posted April 10, 2005 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 Almond Bars (Source: my personal files) 7 oz. thick soy cream (or cashew cream) 2 cups medium, unsweetened coconut 2 cup ground almonds 1 1/4 cups pitted dates, ground Mix well and press into 9 x 9 baking dish.
