Guest guest Posted April 10, 2005 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 Cashew Banana Cream Pie (or Carob Pie) 3/4 cup cashews 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 16 dates 1 1/2 cups water 1 baked pie shell of choice Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Add 1 cup of water as needed. Then cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. Alternate layers of banana slices and above mixture. Garnish and serve.
