Guest guest Posted April 10, 2005 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 Cashew Bread Pudding 1 cup raw cashews 3 cups hot water 1 1/2 tsp. cardamom 2 cups dates 2 tsp. vanilla Blend all the above and pour over: 6 cups bread cubes (gluten free if necessary) 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup raisins Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
