Volume 1 1 cup pineapple juice 2 cups dates 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. butter flavoring (read label for gf ingredients) 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut 2 Tbsp. Ener-G Foods baking powder 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup raisins 1/3 cup quinoa flakes 1/4 tsp. salt 1/3 cup tahini Blend the dates and juice until smooth. Add to the remaining ingredients and mix.
