I am dissapointed because I was hoping that would be another source of protein for me. So now that I've discovered that I am allergic to dairy, soy and gluten - I am wondering how to get enough protein! I workout alot, and need the protein for muscle recovery. I can have a little red meat, and fish - but not every day. So I need as much advice as possible on how to get enough protein.
