We have just found out that my 21 month old son is intolerant of gluten, casein, and eggs. Since we are nursing both he & I will now be following a dairy-free, egg-free, and gluten-free veggie diet! With the exception of honey that will make us on a vegan and gluten free diet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Any good links for recipes or cookbook suggestions? Many of the gluten and dairy free cookbooks include eggs. Once I am done substituting all ingredients I am often left with a less than desirable dish or baked good!!
