Guest guest Posted August 24, 2006 Report Share Posted August 24, 2006 Stewed Fresh Tomatoes 2 lb. tomatoes, peeled 2 Tbsp. margarine, soy 4 green onions, chopped 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Cut tomatoes into wedges. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook green onions 1 minute. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
