Guest guest Posted August 23, 2006 Report Share Posted August 23, 2006 Fennel Salad 1 fennel bulb, chopped 3 celery stalks, chopped 1 Tbsp. basil, fresh 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. olive oil Salt Combine fennel, celery, and basil. Toss gently. In another bowl, blend lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Whisk together and then pour over fennel mixture. Chill and serve.
