Guest guest Posted October 23, 2005 Report Share Posted October 23, 2005 FIG STICKS Yield: 80 pieces 4 cups fresh, whole figs 2 cups almonds 1 cup sesame seeds Place the figs and almonds in a grinder. Grind together. Mix thoroughly. Place the mixture on waxed paper and roll to 1/8-inch thick. Cut into rectangular bars 1-inch wide by 3-inch long. Place sesame seeds in the center of each bar.
