Guest guest Posted March 23, 2004 Report Share Posted March 23, 2004 Maple Poppy Seed Dressing Source:Lorna Sass' Complete Vegetarian Kitchen 1 c. soy mayonnaise 1 1/2 T. apple cider vinegar or lemon juice 1 T. maple syrup 2 T. poppy seeds 1/4 c. water, approximately 1. In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients, adding sufficient water to achieve a thick but pourable consistency. 2.
