Guest guest Posted April 13, 2005 Report Share Posted April 13, 2005 Cranberry Relish 2 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries coarsely chopped in food processor 1/4 medium red onion, coarsely chopped 2 stalks celery, finely chopped 1/2 ripe jalepeno, seeded and finely chopped 2 tsp. fresh grated ginger 2 oranges, sectioned and skinned 2 tbs. lime juice 1 cup sucanat (dried cane juice) 1 tsp. psyllium Place the cranberries and onion in a food processor and puree until coarsely chopped. Place in a medium bowl. Place sliced celery and chopped jalepeno in the food processor and puree until finely chopped. Place in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything together and put in a glass mason bowl or jar. Let sit in the refrigerator for a day or longer.
