Guest guest Posted August 28, 2005 Report Share Posted August 28, 2005 HI group, I have a grain mill to grind my rice flour, and I recently was reading a cookbook that combines garbonzo bean flour and fava flour. does anyone know the ratio of these flour? I've made some bread with garbonzo flour combined with tapioca and cornstarch. It is good. If you have advice on combing the bean flours please post.
