Very cute! And I do think it sums it up very nicely indeed - unfortunately!

Me, I just dropped a little over 2 lbs so I'm smiling this morning. Now as long

as it isn't 'returned to sender' I'll keep smiling.

Love and hugs, Pat

Thanks, Cinci. 0.4 of a pound appeared on the scales suddenly today, but I'm not

worrying. It'll go away again. Once it starts to make an exit it rarely returns

for a 'comeback' as long as I keep up with the programme :)

How often do you weigh yourself? I was getting obsessed so went to just once a

week.

I did not like what I saw on the scale yesterday but I am chalking it up to what

time of the month it is for me so am not beating myself up about it. Next week

brings the chance for a whole new (lower!) number. :-)

Well, I weigh myself daily - or almost - and if I go up I cut down a tad on my

intake or I do more exercise and if I stay the same or go down in weight I keep

smiling and do the same :) Works fine for me. As for Time Of The Month, I recall

it well but it hasn't applied in ages and ages. Now it's a case of Did I Have

Salt in Anything Yesterday? And if I did, I cut down a tad on my intake and step

up my exercise. Whatever works.

Actually, I've been weighing myself daily for years now and the only time I have

gained weight was when I stopped weighing. Happens every time. As I say,

whatever works. I'm not worried about getting on the scale because it's

automatic every morning (unless I'm away from home), so no neurosis there. It's

a bit like cleaning my teeth. *shrug*

But everyone has a different system and a different theory as to why it works

for them, so I say go with what serves you best!

Love and hugs, Pat

That makes sense why you weigh often so you can adjust and get back on track. I

tried that but found it didn't really work for me but sometimes I will weigh

myself in the middle of the week if I am feeling good, or worried, about the

week though, so yea, I can understand your method. :-)

I think if I never weighed myself I would gain too as it comes on so sneakily!
