I did have some nuts near the end of the week, but other than that it's been a very low fat, vegetarian week. Two Areas of " opportunity " : I've got to work on portion control. I know I'm eating the right foods now, but I'm eating too much. Any tips or recommendations that you've found have helped you with portion control? Also, I have a very physical job, but I feel like I still need to work out at least three times a week in order to loose weight. Can't seem to get there. I work from 6 am - 2 pm and I just want to go home after work. Beyond telling me to " just do it " , any additional tips or recommendations? I'm thinking maybe I need to put together some sort of home exercise routine. That might be a more realistic expectation than going to the gym after a long day at work. Thanks!
