Several times in my life I have quit eating meat. My husband is pretty supportive of my choices at home and since he is basically only eating fish -- now is a good time for me to go back to being a vegetarian. Still have a teenager at home but he is chicken only so I will just have to have some to add to recipes for him -- not too difficult. I have lost about 45 pounds since January of 2006, just by eating less and exercising more, but I still have about 70 pounds to lose and I need a healthier diet to do it.
