Guest guest Posted December 5, 2004 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 Sunburgers 3 cups water 1/2 cup Bragg's liquid aminos 1/8 cup dried onions 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 3 cups quinoa flakes Bring the water, Bragg's, dried onions, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder to a boil. Stir in quinoa flakes. Remove from heat and allow to set for about 30 minutes. Form into patties. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then turn and bake for an additional 10 minutes. *May be fried in a skillet instead of baked. " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
