Guest guest Posted December 5, 2004 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 Waffles 2 1/2 cups quinoa flakes 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1 Tbsp. sesame seed 7 dates or 1/4 cup date sugar Blend together in blender. Then add: 2 1/2 cups water 2 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp. olive oil Blend until well mixed. Pour into a hot, lightly greased waffle iron. Bake for 8 - 9 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
