Guest guest Posted December 5, 2004 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 Tartar Sauce 1 cup Veganaise (or vegan mayonnaise of choice) 1 Tbsp. minced parsley 1 Tbsp. minced celery 1 Tbsp. minced green pepper 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento 1 Tbsp. chopped green olives lemon juice to taste Mix all ingredients together. Taste to see if more salt or lemon is needed. If sacue is too thin, stir in some potato meal. Makres a little more than 1 cup. " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
