Guest guest
Some things that I have found helpful for SAD are: omega 3 supplements sunshine & walking (I realize you're out of commission right now, just including it for completeness) gluten free diet humidifier at home absolutely not sleeping in - go to bed/get up the same time every day aromatherapy scents shown in studies to change brainwaves (smell a few of these at the store and see what you like; no point in buying something you can't stand. I prefer the citrus scents) - jasmine - basil - rosemary - sage - geranium - grapefruit - lemon - rose - spruce - orange - chamomile - bergamot - geranium - melissa - clary Hope one/some of these can help you!
