Guest guest Posted December 5, 2004 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 Garbanzo Flour Gravy 1/2 cup garbanzo flour 2 cups water 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. minced onion 3 Tbsp. Bragg's liquid aminos 2 tsp. dried parsley or 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley Blend garbanzo flour in water. Add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, celery seed, minced onion, Bragg's liquid aminos, dried or fresh parsley. Cook on low heat until thickened. Flour may be browned before blending if desired. Potato water may be used for part of the liquid. Variation: Millet flour may be used in place of garbanzo flour. " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
