Guest guest Posted December 5, 2004 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 Carob Sauce 2 cups water 2 cups carob powder 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1/2 cup dates, chopped 2 Tbsp. cornstarch Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Chill. Serve over favorite desserts or use as a fruit dip. " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
