Celiac disease isn't an allergy and you must be consuming gluten for

those particular antibodies to be evident. For wheat allergies

(completely different), you need not consume wheat for the blood work

(RAST IgE).

You need to consume gluten for several weeks on a daily basis prior

to testing.
