Guest guest Posted March 15, 2005 Report Share Posted March 15, 2005 Cantaloupe Frosty 1 pt Refreshing on a warm day, this beautiful pastel peach-colored drink blends frozen tea with sweet cantaloupe for a delicate mix of flavors. This is a great way to use leftover tea. Cantaloupe is a good source of inositol, a vitamin that is needed for proper brain, nerve, and muscle function. 6 lemon grass, green tea or mint tea ice cubes 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled and cut into chunks Steep one bag of tea in hot water for about 20 minutes; pour into six ice cube tray squares and freeze. ( This is a great use for left over tea) Combine ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve Immediately. Serves 2.
