This smoothie is loaded with vitamin C and bioflavoniods-two nutrients that strengthen blood vessel walls and help prevent easy bruising. 1/2 cup white grape juice ( 1 cup green grapes, juiced) 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, rinsed if fresh 1 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped into chunks 6 ice cubes put all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
