Mango Madness 2pts

 

A tropical treat! For your health, choose mangoes grown in the United

States or none at all. The US state department has allowed imported

mangoes to be irradiated and /or sprayed with chemicals banned in this

country to prevent the spread of mango-seed weevils.

 

3/4 cup fresh orange juice.( 2 oranges juiced) or pineapples juice

1-inch chunk gingerroot, jusiced or grated

1 ripe medium mango, peeled and cut into chunks from the pit

1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks

6 ice cubes

 

Pour all ingredients into blender and blend on high speed until smooth.

Serve immediately.
