The points you find on each is for Weight Watchers, so you can ingore them. If you need nutritional information on one, let me know, the books lists everything. IT is a great book. I will be posting 22 recipes in all. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. The book called THE ULTIMATE SMOOTHIE BOOK by Cherie Calbom. IF you are having problems with allergies, use local honey and add some local bee pollen. This helps so much and is totally natural.
