Hi Kim,

Thanks for the ideas.I fancy trying the Mexican one later.

I usually make pocorn with butter sauce;

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoons sugar

Melt ingredients and stir on a low heat for 1 min

Pour over popcorn and stir through.

(Gets hot so let it cool a moment)

 

or Cinnamon and sugar;

Just as it sounds - run some cinnamon and sugar through

the popcorn - you'll soon find your right amounts.

You can replace the sugar with Candarel or whatever other

substitute.

I would never have thought of cinnamon and sugar on popcorn.

Kim,

I tried both of your suggestions and they are really nice.

I especially liked the Mexican one.

I also like chinese five - spice powder on my popcorn.
