Bananas and almonds are excellent sources of potassium; almonds are the highest. Surprised? If you are prone to leg or foot cramps, you may be potassium deficient. Also, potassium deficiency has been linked with high blood pressure. 1/2 cup almond milk, or milk of choice 1/2 cup raw almonds 1/2 teaspoon pour almond extract 1 frozen banana, cut in chunks Put all ingredeints in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
