Raspberries are a rich source of anthocyanidins and proanthocyanidins, phytonutrients that support the structure of collagen, which is the major protein structure of skin and bones. 6 frozen red zinger tea ice cubes 1/2 cup apple juice (1 apple, juiced) 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, rinsed if fresh 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks 6 fresh mint leaves rinsed Garnish: sprig of mint ( optional) Steep one red zinger tea bag in a cup of hot water for about 20 minutes, or until the tea is strong and flavorful. Pour the tea into six ice cube tray squares and freeze until solid. Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
