Guest guest
I was given the New Moosewood Cookbook and would like to try their pita bread recipe, substituting rice flour for wheat flour. Would a straight substitution work? Does anyone have or know of a list of flour substitutions that work in general? Thanks, LaVonne
Guest guest
Most recipes work best with a combination of GF flours. You can find a number of different mixes in the " Files " section. Files > ***Recipes Posted to VGF*** > Flour Blends Just be aware that some recipes don't convert very well to GF, and may need more changes made to them than just alternative flours.
