Guest guest Posted June 2, 2006 Report Share Posted June 2, 2006 Spicy Grape Waldorf Salad 1 1/2 cups each red flame, green, and purple grapes, cut in half 3 cups Fuji apples, sliced 1 cup walnut pieces 3 stalks of celery, sliced Dressing: 1 package soft tofu 1 lb. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. honey 1/4 cup pepper jelly 1/16 tsp. cayenne or to taste Place sliced fruit in a large mixing bowl.
