celiac testing and wheat consumption

I go in for my official celiac disease test this week. my question is

this: if I've not consumed any wheat or gluten for the past three weeks,

will it affect the test? how can they test for antibodies if I don't have

the allergen in my system?

if I do need to consume some wheat for the test to work, how soon ahead of

time do I need to eat it? and how much do I need to eat?

thanks in advance for your help!!
