Silk soy milk, vanilla flavored 1/2 tsp. salt 1 -2 Tbsp. Florida Crystals 1/2 tsp. salt Rind from 1 lemon 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring (water based) (1/3 c. raisins) 2 Tbsp. flax seed meal 4 Tbsp. warm water 1. Add salt and Florida crystals to the soy milk and bring it to a boil. 2. Whisk in the bear mush cereal, stirring constantly until thickened. Set aside. 3. Place the whole flax seeds in warm water and let them sit until a gelatin is formed. Use a sieve to remove the seeds. Keep the gelatin. 4. Grate the rind from one lemon. Add flax gelatin, lemon rind, almond flavoring (and raisins) to the bear mush. 5. Place in an oiled ovenproof dish and bake for 20 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees F. 6. Eat warm or cold with cold strawberry sauce. Strawberry Sauce 2 cans frozen apple kiwi strawberry juice concentrate (100% juice) 1/2 can water 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 3 Tbsp. water 1. Let the juice concentrate and water come to a boil in a pot. 2. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into the boiling liquid. 3. Remove from heat immediately.
