Guest guest Posted May 21, 2006 Report Share Posted May 21, 2006 Fruit and Nut Popcorn Source: www.sanitarium.com.au A tasty variation on basic popcorn. 2 teaspoons canola oil 1/3 cup popping corn 3/4 cup sultanas 1/2 cup roasted & salted cashews 1. Heat vegetable oil in large saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add popping corn, cover with lid. 3. Cook for 2 minutes, shaking occasionally until corn has popped. Combine the popped corn with sultanas, cashews and serve.
