Perfect for kid's birthday parties, or just a snack, these fruit

pops can be made from just about any fruit you have available at the

time.

16 paddle-pop sticks

2 large just ripe bananas

1 punnet (250 g) strawberries, hulled

1/4 pineapple, peeled

juice of orange

1. Peel all fruit and cut into 3cm sized pieces.

2. Soak banana in orange juice for 2 minutes.

3. Thread fruit onto sticks.

Place in a container and freeze for 4 hours until ready to serve.

Serve frozen.

Makes 16.

Tips: These fruit pops can be frozen for up to three months. Paddle

pop sticks can be purchased from your local craft store or even from

some newsagencies.
