Guest guest Posted May 21, 2006 Report Share Posted May 21, 2006 Frozen Fruit Pops Source: www.sanitarium.com.au Perfect for kid's birthday parties, or just a snack, these fruit pops can be made from just about any fruit you have available at the time. 16 paddle-pop sticks 2 large just ripe bananas 1 punnet (250 g) strawberries, hulled 1/4 pineapple, peeled juice of orange 1. Peel all fruit and cut into 3cm sized pieces. 2. Soak banana in orange juice for 2 minutes. 3. Thread fruit onto sticks. Place in a container and freeze for 4 hours until ready to serve. Serve frozen. Makes 16. Tips: These fruit pops can be frozen for up to three months.
