Intro. and question

 

 

 

 

My name is Alicia and I have 3 children. My son (6yrs with autism)

has ben gluten and casein free for 3 yrs and one of my daughters (7yrs

with ADHD) has made herself a vegetarian without realizing it. Since

my husband and my other daughter are not vegetarians and I grew up

with old school southern cooking I really do not know how to cook this

way and get the nutrients into my younger children that they need. I

do recognize a few of the name on this list from other lists that I am

on and they have been very helpful in the past. My question for this

post is, does anyone have a good recipe for gluten free casein free

pita bread?

Thank you. I have been a member of gfcfrecipes for 3 years and they

have been a big help. Now that I have the hang of that I want to

branch out alittle more. I appreciate you letting me know about those

though. You never know when someone might not know about them.
