Guest guest Posted May 21, 2006 Report Share Posted May 21, 2006 Fresh Fruit Iceblocks Source: www.sanitarium.com.au 400 g (14 oz) watermelon, chopped 1 punnet (250 g) strawberries, washed and hulled 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) caster (superfine granulated) sugar 4 passionfruit 1. Place the watermelon, strawberries and sugar into a food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Scoop passionfruit out of the skin and spoon into the bottom of the iceblock moulds. 3. Slowly pour the pureed fruit into the moulds, add the stick and freeze until firm.
