Celiac Consumer Input Wanted by the FDA

Make your voice heard. The FDA is holding a series of meetings related to The

Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (FALCPA). Recent

meetings are focusing on gluten-free labeling. The FDA was pleased to have the

results of an online survey conducted in March. We are once again conducting a

survey looking specifically at gluten-free labeling issues and would

appreciate your feedback. Please follow the following link to participate in

the

survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=386121243292. This survey will

remain active through Aug 10, 2005.

This message comes from Cynthia Kupper at GIG..please read!
