Guest guest
In addition to being gluten free, our 6 kids have a wide variety of other food allergies including dairy, soy, eggs, fish, corn, beef, berries, latex, oranges. Here is a crust they all like and works well. Also, for those who cant have the cheese,I shred zucchini instead. I also shred it and hide it under the cheese for the others. 2 Tbsp. yeast l l/3 cup brown rice flour l cup+4 Tbsp. potato starch (sweet potato flour also works, asian store) 4 tsp. xanthan gum l tsp. Adobo seasoning 2 tsp unflavored gelatin 2 tsp. Italian seasoning l l/3 cup rice milk (not rice dream, has barley)Almond milk works too l tsp. sugar 2 tsp. oil makes large pizza mix yeast, flours, xanthan gum, seasoning, gelatin, seasonings on low Mix milk, sugar, oil in blender Add to dry & mix well spread onto greased pan 425 degrees for l0 minutes, can freeze,or top with sauce, toppings and bake 20 more. ( Must cook the l0 min. before though) You can also roll them into breadsticks too and dip in sauce for on the go
Guest guest
I make a very similar pizza base. I use agar powder in place of the gelatine. I think it would probably work without it too.
