Guest guest Posted May 21, 2006 Report Share Posted May 21, 2006 Paprika Hummus Source: www.sanitarium.com.au A delicious spread made with chickpeas, sesame seeds and spices. 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas 3 tablespoons (1/4 cup))tahini paste 3 cloves garlic, peeled 1 teaspoon ground cumin 3 tablespoons (1/4 cup) lemon juice 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) GF vegetable stock -OR- water 3 drops tabasco sauce (optional) 2 teaspoons paprika relish Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
