Speedy Tofu Spread

1(10 oz.) box Mori-nu tofu, firm

1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes

2 Tbsp. Bragg's Aminos

1 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. Real Salt

 

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or processer. Because of the thick

consistency of the tofu, a

processor is preferable. This spread is very versatile and this is the

" mother " spread for the

following dressings:

 

Vegan Thousand Island, Creamy Fresh Herb, Vegan Sun-dried Tomato and Basil

Aioli
