Guest guest Posted May 21, 2006 Report Share Posted May 21, 2006 Salsa Salad Source: www.sanitarium.com.au ------------------ Prep Time: 15 min. ------------------ Another delicious and simple salad that looks terrific. 420 g (15 oz) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 420 g (15 oz) can corn kernels, drained and rinsed 1 medium tomato, finely diced 1 medium green capsicum( bell pepper), finely diced 1 small red onion 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 tablespoon (4 tsp) chopped frsh coriander (cilantro) 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) lime juice Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Serve chilled.
