Guest guest
Hi Dragon,  Given the circumstances, staying the same weight this week is quite an achievement.  I'm so sorry to hear about the fall. Were you at home when it happened? I really hope the pain is easing a little by now. I had a wonderful day on Tuesday too but I feel badly that it ended up so painfully for you.  Now, about that sour dough bread. Purely in the spirit of being helpful to you of course, I am more than happy to assist with the eating thereof (LOL).  Do look after yourself and don't try to do too much too soon.  Hugs from Marie --- On Mon, 12/1/09, The Dragon <dragonsteeluk wrote: The Dragon <dragonsteeluk Monday weigh in " Fly Dieters " <flydieters >, " Lynda Renney " <ljrenney, " RC_Hip_thigh " <Rosemary-Conley_Hip_and_Thigh, " vegetarian slimming " <vegetarianslimming > Monday, 12 January, 2009, 11:55 PM I stayed the same this week at 293 pounds but actually I am not too unhappy with this as I fell last Tuesday evening (after a fantastic day in Cambridge with Dr Dragon and Marie!), so because of this I ended up on pain killers again and they always make me pile the weight on *sigh*. .. Guest guest
Hi Marie We had just arrived home, there was some snow/ice on the bottom of my crutches and I ended up falling full length in the kitchen (on the quarry tiles - OUCH!). Most of the pain has diminished but I am still a little stiff *sigh* Mark made three flipping loaves (pound and a half each) yesterday and one is already gone!!!!
