Have you tried Caloriecount. com? It is free and if you sign up you can add your

own recipes and save them for future use.

Nutritional Information

Does anyone know of a program in which I could cut and paste a recipe

and have the program determine the nutritional amounts?

I have lots of vegetarian recipes but I need to know the amount of

calories, fat and carbs. in them.

I know there are sites where I can get nutritional information for

each food, but that takes forever when working with an entire recipe!

Maybe I am being lazy, but I just thought I could find something which

would do the whole job at once.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Georgia
