Quick Millet Loaf

Source: Weimar Cookbook

 

1 cup raw millet

1 cup tomatoes

2 cups water

1/2 cup cashews

1 medium onion, cut in pieces

1 cup water

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 tsp. salt

1 can black olives, quartered

 

Put millet in casserole. Whiz together in blender tomatoes, water, cashews,

and onion. Add blender mixture and remaining ingredients to millet. Mix.

Bake at 325 degrees F. for 2 hours.

 

This is delicious! Tried and true!
