Guest guest Posted September 8, 2006 Report Share Posted September 8, 2006 Quick Millet Loaf Source: Weimar Cookbook 1 cup raw millet 1 cup tomatoes 2 cups water 1/2 cup cashews 1 medium onion, cut in pieces 1 cup water 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 tsp. salt 1 can black olives, quartered Put millet in casserole. Whiz together in blender tomatoes, water, cashews, and onion.
