Guest guest Posted September 8, 2006 Report Share Posted September 8, 2006 Baked Kidney Beans Source: Weimar Cookbook 1 1/2 cups dry cooked kidney beans 1 1/2 cup tomato puree 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. date butter (blended cooked dates and water) 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients.
