Baked Carrots

Source: Vegetarian for Life

 

1 lb. carrots

1/2 cup thinly sliced onion

1 - 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes

1/4 - 1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/4 cup water

 

Wash, scrape and slice carrots. Place in a lightly greased casserole

dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add more water if

needed to cover bottom of casserole dish. Cover. Bake in oven at 375

degrees F. for about 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
