Guest guest Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 Baked Carrots Source: Vegetarian for Life 1 lb. carrots 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion 1 - 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1/4 cup water Wash, scrape and slice carrots. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add more water if needed to cover bottom of casserole dish. Cover.
