Guest guest Posted June 3, 2004 Report Share Posted June 3, 2004 Cream of Broccoli Soup 5 1/2 cups nut mik 1/3 cup cornstarch 3 cups chopped, steamed broccoli 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove pressed 1/2 cup chopped, steamed onions or 2 Tbsp. dry onion flakes 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. tahini Heat 4 cups nut milk, nutritional yeast flakes, garlic powder, tahini, and salt. Mix cornstarch with remaining 1 1/2 cups milk. Add to heated milk and cook on low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add steamed broccoli and onion.
