Guest guest Posted September 8, 2006 Report Share Posted September 8, 2006 " Meat " Balls Source: Weimar Cookbook 1 cup ground raw potatoes 2 tsp.soy flour (or other bean flour) 1 cup chopped onions 1/2 tsp. sage or to taste 1 cup bread crumbs (gluten free if necessary) 1 cup ground walnuts 1/2 tsp. salt Mix thoroughly, form into balls.
